Utah has led the nation on protecting kids online. As Senior Advisor to Governor Spencer J. Cox and Director of the Utah Office of Families, Aimee Winder Newton has played a key part in the design of the first social media regulation law in the country, helped implement statewide phone-free schools, and brought digital safety education into Utah classrooms.
Aimee has also served on the Salt Lake County Council since 2014 — three terms, with three years as Chair — so she understands government from both the policy side and the political side. She knows how good ideas become law, and how to navigate difficult political environments.
Now she brings that experience to clients who want to move from concern to action.
